ROSIE JUDGE

VIOLINIST

London based violinist Rosie Judge has recorded and performed for various artists including Ed Sheeran, Sigma, Jack Savoretti, SAULT, Samm Henshaw, Beverley Knight, Nothing But Thieves, You Me At Six, Becky Hill, Tom Grennan, The Script, Sarah Connor and Raleigh Ritchie. She played at The Brits 2020 with Dave, in the iconic performance "Black". She has appeared on The One Show, The Jonathan Ross Show and Radio 1 Live Lounge with Sam Fender. Rosie has toured with the Heritage Orchestra - Ibiza Classics with Pete Tong. 

 

Rosie has recently been on tour with "The Book Of Mormon", doubling on viola. She regularly plays on west end hit "Wicked" at the Apollo Theatre. She has performed in the “Best of West End” concert for BBC Radio 2 and "Magic at the Musicals", both at the Royal Albert Hall.  She played for the National Lottery's "Big Night of Musicals" which was broadcast on BBC One. Other musical theatre work includes the ‘War of the Worlds’ tour with shows at the O2 Arena, "Honeymoon in Vegas" at the London Palladium and "State Fair" at Cadogan Hall with the London Musical Theatre Orchestra.

A passionate orchestral player, she is the leader of The Sam Jewison Orchestra. Rosie and Sam have performed a number of recitals and concerts together including Valsolda Music Festival and The Jazz Cafe. She's a member of 1920's swing band The Alex Mendham Orchestra, who have featured on commemorative album "Keep Smiling Through" with Dame Vera Lynn. Rosie also regularly plays with Worthing Symphony Orchestra.

 

Alongside commercial and classical engagements, Rosie performs at weddings, corporate and private events both as a solo musician and with various acoustic and electric ensembles in the UK and overseas. She has held DJ Live residencies at various London bars including The Mayfair Bar, 100 Wardour Street and Madison Rooftop Bar.

Rosie graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance.
